I was just browsing now and my Avast went ballistic telling me uselectionatlas.org is considered malware, did it three times in the span of 15 seconds. WTF happened?

I just had to re-install it as it thought a few programs I had was a virus and deleted them, re-installed it and ran a virus scan and everything is ok, had to re-install the programs it got rid of and it's fine.

It wouldn't be surprising that this place is malware infested.  Malware is attracted to computers that aren't regularly patched and it's been years since we last had an Update.
