He thinks she wasn't that great, pretty much what most people knew already. http://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/334186-biden-wont-rule-out-running-against-trump-in-2020

Thoughts? Also there's this http://www.cnn.com/2017/05/18/politics/joe-biden-election-2020/

If Joe just were a few years younger...

He's not totally wrong on her. She was an imperfect candidate, but she should have beaten that orange clown in a cakewalk.

LOL Joe. This will not help his chances in 2020 or his legacy. The fact is that Joe Biden was a worse candidate because he was a non-candidate. The candidate who doesn't run is always the worst possible candidate. A fat lot of good Joe's potential greatness as a candidate will do to a country that now lives with Trump.

The number of men from Obama to Biden to O'Malley all claiming they wouldda won shows the attitude of male entitlement. Do you hear Elizabeth Warren saying "I woulda beat Trump"? No. These men all think they are entitled to win. Ole' Joe was never supposed to be president. If Obama had wanted to pick a potential successor as VP in 2008, he would have picked someone younger. From the moment Biden was announced, there was the expectation he would never be higher than VP. If a woman in his position said something like this she would be universally vilified.

Except that every poll indicates Obama and Biden in fact would have won. As for O'Malley I think his ego is as bad as Trump's (he utterly lacks the charisma to do anything with it though.)

It would be nice if people would take a step back, and look at the actual flaws and failures with Clinton's campaign (there were many) and learn from them so Trump doesn't end up with a second term.

And there must be a lot of sexist women considering they voted 54-42 for Clinton (which alone shows a major failing in her campaign.)

Agreed. She had flaws and on top of that she thought she could win by running up the tally in urban areas and was too concerned with a landslide victory (She had Mrs. Obama stumping in ARIZONA *rolls eyes*) that she let Trump sneak in the back door in the Rust Belt.

I agree with the underlined part.  Joe Biden was the Vice President; if he allowed himself to be shoved out of the way by DWS and Hillary's flunkies at the DNC, he may not have had the stones to be President at this stage in life.

I would have voted for Biden.  I would never vote for Hillary.  There is a significant sliver of the electorate of that mind because of the PERSON that Hillary Clinton is.

"The family cannot be constituted like the liberal state, nor can it be governed entirely by that state's principles. Yet the family serves as the seedbed for the virtues required by a liberal state. The family is responsible for teaching lessons of independence, self-restraint, responsibility, and right conduct, which are essential to a free, democratic society. If the family fails in these tasks, then the entire experiment in democratic self-rule is jeopardized."-Barbara Dafoe Whitehead
