And to clear up on the confusion regarding Saudi Arabia... according to this German article I've found, the TV network which produced and aired this show (MBC) is actually located in the
United Arab Emirates, but has a Saudi businessman as CEO. So, the Saudi government itself doesn't have anything to do with it directly.
