I will make mine 1 month before election day, but it will be mostly Democratic (about 30 states) plus Baker, Scott (VT), may be Sununu, Hogan, Buehler and 1-2 more moderate Republicans. This year - Murphy and Northam...

In short: Democrats in most races, except: MA, VT, NH, MD, OR, WY, AK and IL. Strictly neutral in IL (not impressed by both candidates), Walker - in Alaska, Baker - in Massachusetts, Scott - in Vermont, Sununu - in New Hampshire, Hogan - in Maryland, Buehler - in Oregon, Gordon - in Wyoming.
