Opinion of Ramadan

Trump should encourage all Americans to participate in Ramadan as a way to address our national obesity problem.

while the idea of fasting for most of the day is good for the human body if done correctly, how most people do it is not the correct way.  Many Muslims gain wait during Ramadan.  If the govt wants to encourage lighter Americans they need to fix how much they tell us to eat grains.

sure, better than the garbage food pyramid they taught me growing up, still, total garbage.  We should be eating way fewer grains and way more meat and veggies.
