At 74 he'll probably only lead for one election, maybe two if there's another election held this year.

He's not wrong, Tim Farron strategy alienated a lot of Lib Dem leave voters in the south west...
And it's obvious that attempting to be the party of the 48% failed, their vote share went down compared to 2015.
