That thing has to fit 4 signatures.

Possibly more if it gets bounced back a few times. And it doesn't help that the body is so small either so the signatures section will dwarf the body.

Is it really necessary to include the President's signature on constitutional amendments?  As in the US, the President plays no part in the amendment process; unless you're Woodrow Wilson and like a bit of theatre!
