They have three members: LiberalPA, EarlAW, and Akno21.
and hopefully soon that Lupin kid
I'm surprised BRTD hasn't joined you yet. Wink

That's because I was at work while this was going on. I'm in now!

Although I'm disappointed I missed the voting on the name. I liked "People's United Front" (take a guess why.) And I would've really liked "True Path Party" if they changed it to Shining Path Party....j/k! Wink (hopefully at least you know what that means)

Maybe I should start a "Revolutionary Armed Forces of Atlasia" Party. But only if it attracted hot female members Wink
would you like to run for Policy Chair?

But the original platform will be put together by everyone, it would just be updating it. Once we get someone to run for Policy Chair, we can start on the platform.

I'm more surprised that Opebo hasn't decided to join yet......   It seems to me this party should fit him to a T.

I could possibly do that, although I will be quite busy for quite awhile (I've been working a lot lately and start classes in two works)_

So, are we having an election for this, or am I automatically the vice-chair?

so is that a yes? if it is, then anyone else who wants to run for one of those 3 spots has 24 hours to announce unless Akno comes on sooner and announces that he will not be running as he is the  only other person in the party.

if akno doesnt run for Vice-Chair, then you will automatically be Vice-Chair as you would have no opposition.

How is that even possible?  He advocates a $15 minimum wage as well as has a deep hatred and contempt for anyone who has religious faith.  Seems to be the perfect material for this party.

Anyhow, no one has yet demonstrated why Opebo (in his present incarnation) is too economically conservative for this party.

If you also lived in the Midwest, quite high. But not too high since you don't.

Do you really believe that?  Would you really give any credence to an online political test that asks questions completely irrelelevant to politics like whether you believe in astrology, or some such nonsense?

I am in fact referring to comments he has made on this forum throughout the year.

even with the fact that the PC test may be off, the average economic score of the party members is 6.98. even if the test is off by a little, hes still no where close. not that i wouldnt accept him as a party member, because i would be happy to have anyone who wants to be here aboard.

Speaking of Political Compass scores, I have just taken it again, and I have moved down 2 points, so I would be closer to the rest of the party.

As for Opebo, he is free to join us, but I think being an independent would be best for him.

opebo hasn't taken the test in a long time; that probably explains why he still has that ancient economically moderate score in his signature.  Face it, he's a borderline communist these days.
