Wilson "He kept us out of war". The only man he kept out of war was Teddy Roosevelt.

He did keep us out of war.

Never made any promises as to what he'd do come March 1917, though...

(War declared, what, less than 6 weeks after his inauguration...)

Would you mind explaining that one?

Entirely possible that the Venezuelan crisis would have turned out differently under Harrison...leading to all sorts of future difficulties regarding Anglo-US relations...you get the picture.
