While I am optimistic of this improving the situation I have concerns that it won't go far enough to address the underlying problem of tuition inflation in this country, which has had the effect of being the primary driver of student loan debt. Certainly this is a step in the right direct, but we must be realistic of the need for further steps, if we plan to make a dent in this problem and indirectly related, if we want to have any hope of lowering healthcare costs without driving away future doctors and thus reducing quality.
