1. Indepedent Scotland by mid-2013, via referendum
2. All-Scottish space program, resulting in Scottish lunar capsule by 2022
3. Tie tuition to inflation
4. Massive increasing of wind energy capacity off the coasts of Scotland
5. Universal basic income for all Scots, to be paid for using oil revenues
6. Re-introduce poll tax on top 10% of Scots.
