Because financial crimes are a matter for federal law enforcement? I mean, while this isn't a huge fraud case, misleading banks and college trustees regarding a 7-figure loan is still a serious matter.

Remember how the FBI's investigation into Hillary's e-mail server went nowhere and was only peddled by the MAGA chuds afterwards? Glad to see Clintonites are willing to do the same for Bernie Sanders once this turns out to be a load of nothing.
