I may well have you all beat in that my paternal grandfather was 80 when I was born, and *his* paternal grandfather was 74 when he was born.  So yeah, I actually have two great great grandparents who were born in the 1820s.

My maternal grandfather had just turned 57 when I was born.  He passed when I was 9 years old in 1991.

My maternal grandmother had just turned 56 when I was born.  She is still going strong at 91.

My paternal grandmother was 61 when I was born.  She passed a month before my 14th birthday in 1996.

My paternal grandfather was 60 when I was born.  He passed when I was 14 also in 1996.

My dad was 30, mom was 29 when I was born.

I didn't include one grandfather because he isn't biological and the age difference doesn't work (he's about 7 years younger than my grandma and 12 years older than my mom). He's my grandpa for all intents and purposes, marrying my grandma about six years before I was born. He's just not the biological father to my mother.

I never had any great-grandparents during my life. One interesting fact is that my great-great-grandmother (my grandma's grandma) died about five years before I was born. It was thought that she was around 100, but as a proper Victorian woman from England born in the 19th century, she didn't reveal her age (nor ever wear pants a day in her life).

On my father's side, both were already dead in 1987. They were born in the early 1910s.

On my mother's side, they were 63 and 62. Born in the early/mid-20s (both have died so far).

My mother's side generally has a higher life expectancy ... many of this family side died in their mid-80s to mid-90s.

On my father's side, many died young between 50 and 75.
