No, it's not. It was up until after the 2010 elections when Scott Lee Cohen was elected as the Democratic running mate, but then had to drop out after it was revealed he was convicted of domestic abuse. The state switched the process for the 2014 elections (Paul Vallas was selected by Quinn as his running mate)
