Hopefully both Easyjet and Samsic will be found responsible. Outsourcing shouldn't absolve from responsability.

I can already see the ambulance chasers (aka lawyers) lining up, and all the guy had was a mark (probably a handprint) on his face.

If the passengers have anything to complain about, how about the eleven hour delay that was the cause of this fracas?
