My guess: Clinton 40%, Trump 50%, Johnson 6%, Stein 2%.

Clinton and Stein were very vocally pro-choice, while Trump was massively rejected by the gay community at large, so it would seem likely that a decent percent voted for Johnson, assuming that the issues of Abortion and Gay Marriage were the most important to them.

Though a lot probably just stayed home and cried honestly.

Trump made a substantial effort to reach out to the LGBT community even as the GOP during the party platform was on a strong social conservative bent. I'd assume that the group of pro-life people who identify as LGBT would vote around 70-80% Trump, as Hillary and Johnson were both very pro-choice candidates.

I personally know one, who was very supportive of then-candidate Donald Trump. Generally, they still are; their thoughts on Mike Pence isn't exactly positive.

I know a few pro-life gay men, as well as several who would describe themselves as pro-choice but with some pretty substantial restrictions, and all voted for Clinton except for one who wrote in Joe Biden.
