So I find it interesting that a vote on project made by, for and of, by Adam Griffin has turned into a partisan lineup with Labor voting no. 
With all due respect to Adam Griffin, I cannot support a system that deregisters citizens and risks the chance that they will never re-register. Voter registration is a sacred right which should not be played with.
Indeed those are good points.
Nothing is keeping them from re-registering.
If they choose not to re-register after the agreed upon time, it's no different than someone who deregisters from the game on their own. That is their personal choice.
