It is morally wrong to have fired him.

PS: You should have used "right/wrong" options instead of "yes/no".

Yes,your're correct...

To clarify "Yes" means agreeing with Google. "No" means disagreeing.

Aw dang, I clicked "no" when I meant to click "yes."

Anyways, Google was right in firing a guy who promoted sexism and a toxic work environment.

Companies should be able to fire their employees whenever they want, so yeah (what a normal Republican should be)

Aren't you... Dutch?

I hate Dutch labour laws Tongue

Point being that it boggles the mind that you would think to set the normative standards of another country's political party.

I wasn't completely serious, it mainly was meant as a jab at the populist Republicans and the "(normal)" Atlas meme.

Fine morally and legally. Employment is an at will relationship and employees are given detailed instructions on what the employer expects. Any employee who doesn't like those policies and terms can find a new place of employment.

Plus, with the advent of sites like Glassdoor, I have little sympathy for people who aren't aware of a company's corporate culture prior to applying.
