1992: Ed Koch vs George Bush

In 1982, Ed Koch is never interviewed by Playboy magazine, and thus wins the Democratic primary for Governor (which in OTL he lost by 5 points), and goes on to win the race for Governor in November. He is re-elected in 1986, and is further re-elected in 1990. In 1992, he runs for President, and secures the Democratic nomination. I'll let you pick his running mate. How does he fare against Bush and Perot?

Idk about who Ed's running mate would be but this is how I think a Koch vs Bush election would play out.

As long as Perot is on the ballot, Poppy is toast no matter who runs as Democrat. Koch does better in the North, but underperforms Billy in the South.
