It seems like some rural counties that Trump won might have a black majority, but I'm not sure. I'm thinking some counties in Alabama or Georgia.

Was going to guess Warren County, Mississippi but there's still a thin white majority there.

Conecuh county Alabama is likely black majority by now.

Dooly, GA is 49.8% black; carried by Obama both times but won by Trump.

I could be wrong, but I'm fairly certain there is a rather large prison there (or the neighboring southern county) which may be inflating the black Census figures.



Clinton won Washington, GA by 0.6 points; 53% black.
