Yes, I'd charge him with incitement and felony murder.

Either way family of the victim should probably file a wrongful death lawsuit against him and other alt-righters in order to bankrupt them. It worked for Michael Donald's family against the Klan in the 80s.

Yes, Spencer needs to be put away before he can incite any more murders.

No.  Unless we're going to charge Shaun King for the Dallas shooting.

Whoever threw that punch at him back in January didn't hit him hard enough.

...wow. You just said organizing a Nazi rally is "nothing bad".

Please note the wording was "nothing bad", not "nothing illegal".

Was he the main organizer of this stupidity? I don't keep tabs on neo-nazis.

I meant illegal, but he didn't drive into the man. He organized a rally which a judge declared could happen last night, which was not what Charlottesville wanted btw, the rally was declared an unlawful assembly. He probably couldn't control who came and some nut job came and ran over lefties. Richard Spencer didn't run them over, hence he did nothing illegal/wrong.

No.  Unless we're going to charge Shaun King for the Dallas shooting.

Is there any evidence that the Dallas shooter (who was in no way related to BLM other than having the same skin color) was inspired by Shaun King?

Depends on what he said before/during the rally and if the driver heard him. It is/should be very difficult to charge someone with incitement.

Wouldn't mind someone suing him just to make him pay huge legal bills, though, as others said.

The event was organized by Jason Kessler, who is apparently a Proud Boy. Richard Spencer was not the organizer.

I'm undecided. The loss of life because of these morons are beyond tragic. On the other hand I'm kind of all for letting the country see the true vicious colors of the alt right.

I suppose, if we could have them blaring their bigotry on a weekly basis without harming anyone so we could see the face of evil and recognize it that would be good by me.

So Neo-Nazism is okay by you. Got it. At least people know you stand by your beliefs.

Points for honesty I guess.
