Governor MAS117 steps to the podium...
Lt. Governor Provinical Rights (behind, right)...

Ladies and gentlemen, I welcome you to the regionhouse on this fine day. It was only a few days ago when the citizens of the great Northeast region met in the General Assembly to pass much needed Constitutional Amendments to sort out the mess we had. One of these amendments called for the creation of the Chief Judicial Officer position, or better known as the regional Judge. Previously, we have had the Lieutenant Governor serve as the Chief Judicial Officer, so the appointment today will the first of its kind here in the Northeast region.

Throughout this time here, there has been a man dedicated to this great nation, and decided to this great region. Therefore, I see it fitting to nominate this person for this most promising position. It's with great pleasure that I announce Mr. Max Power of Pennsylvania as the first Chief Judicial Officer of the Northeast region of the Republic of Atlasia.

I am truly honored in this appointment, and I look forward to working alongside Governor MAS and Lt. Governor EarlAW, and for the citizens of the Northeast. I express my thanks to Governor MAS for choosing me for this office, and I look forward to hearing cases brought upon by the citizens of the northeast
