Does Lindsey Graham run again? If he does, he likely faces a strong primary challenge. If Graham retires, does Nikki Haley enter the race? Which Democrats might run, perhaps Thomas Dixon or Archie Parnell?

I can see Trump backing a Mick Mulvaney primary challenge to Graham.

Is Mulvaney interested in running? Who would Democrats nominate, Archie Parnell?

Parnell is a good pick.

I think Graham will run again. I'm sure he'll have a primary challenger, but the caliber of that candidate / that candidate's odds will depend on how the midterms go, where Trump's popularity level is, what the presidential election is looking like, etc.

That depends on how the state trends at the time.
