who cares? they should get rid of the silly group and have them go back to voting in the individual states they are registered in
How do the Pubs do it? Can their party member living abroad vote in the primaries?
basically the democrats can vote twice if they live overseas. They can elect delegates from democrats abroad, but the way the UOCAVA works is that any voter living overseas can vote in the locality of their last residence. They request a UOCAVA ballot from their local voting institution and vote like any other absentee.
