If any vote flip happens at all, 2020 will be the earliest but I don't see it happening that soon. More likely it'll be like 2024 or 2028.

And they were separated by six points (going for separate candidates as well).  Just goes to show that our assumptions about 2020 might not pan out either!

No way PA ever votes to the right of VA, barring some massive realignment. 2088 at the absolute earliest. The odds of this happening are about the odds of that Orange guy who hosts the apprentice winning the presidency.
