Despite being a federal office holder, my allegiance is first to  our glorious region, so I shall announce this here. Due to a combination of computer issues,  marriage, and work I haven't had nearly enough time to do justice to my role as Justice, there for I resign effective immediately so that someone with more time can serve this region.
