Thomas from NJ (R-NJ) - 279
Xingkerui (D-WA) - 259

A battle of the bases. While I'm able to generate enough enthusiasm among progressives to flip Michigan and Wisconsin, Thomas from NJ does better than Trump among suburbanites, which is enough for him to hold PA and FL and narrowly win.

Democratic primary. Xing, an actual registered Democrat, appeals to a broader spectrum of voters and narrowly nabs the nomination.

Probably not much different in policy so the primary is decided in other terms. But with both not being registered democrats the independent vote is split and the remaining registered democrats break slightly to Cactus giving him a win.

Pretty much a Clinton/Sanders redux, and while I improve on Sanders' performance in the Southwest, Blairite's strength in the Northeast and South are enough for him to win the nomination.

Governor MAINEiac4434 (D-ME)/Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) - 326
Representative Old School Republican (R-OR)/Governor Scott Walker (R-WI) - 212

Because of your somewhat moderate views, you can't bring out rural voters and thus lose the election.

Why does Iowa go for me but not Florida,Colorado,Nevada ,Ohio which have a much larger subarban population which I believe would result me in winning those states(Just as I believe Rubio would have won those states )

I insulted Iowans on the campaign trail by calling for an end to caucuses, and no Hillary 2016 states are going for any Republican for the foreseeable future.

Other than that gaffe, I'm a more astute candidate than you are, and I win all the debates. My fluency in Spanish helps in Florida, my WWC background helps in Ohio.

While we're pretty similar ideologically I'm much more pro-gun and so I sweep the conservative/libertarian states. You manage to win most of the East Coast and Southwest, as well as Illinois and Indiana, and pull out a narrow victory.

I select a somewhat conservative running mate who allows me to carry Iowa, as well as turn out voters in Ohio.  In addition, my moderate stances allow me to bring New Hampshire into my column, but your progressive, Bernie-type stances allow for you to take Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

Saguaro

L.D. Smith

A split of many running people from the Establishment allows me to gain prominence, and I probably would've pulled through, if not for the fact that this same Establishment hate allowed an actual independent room to grow, and worse (for me), his positions were much more agreeable with the primary voters.

I do however hold off for a little bit by winning bigly on Super Tuesday after a loss in Iowa, New Hampshire, and a narrow loss in California.

But I still didn't win Texas, which kept my opponent in the ring long enough for the battle to keep going, until eventually I lost The West...besides a few Mormon pockets which gave a crossover vote.
