This act, it's a necessity. It'll help us prepare for future storms, and in advance. We're always too little underfunded. It'll give 16 billion dollars to prepare for immediate hurricane relief. When the next big one hits, that money could be used to repair key vital communications or infrastructure. The money for the tornadoes shall be used in a similar way, but will be used more slowly over the course of time.
