Good early morning to you all.
I'd first of all like to thank my distinguished opponents, Senator MHS2002 and Justice Ernest. They have been humble servants of Atlasia longer than I have and I would like to congratulate both of them on running good campaigns. I would also like to accept their concessions.
I would also like to thank everyone who voted. District 4 had exceptional turn out for a midterm election. I especially wish to thank the seventeen people who gave me their first serious preference. It is an honor to have such a mandate from the voters of District 4, and I am definitely prepared to take on the challenge that being a Senator brings me.
I'd also like to congratulate my fellow winners: Defarge, Al, PBrunsel, Gabu, John Ford, Mr. Hobbes, CheeseWhiz, and Q. I want to give a special compliment to RBH, who came into Atlasia as an unknown and came within one vote of unseating a popular incumbent. I would like to add that I hope the situation in the Southeast is resolved with little trouble, and whether Jake or Bono wins, I'm sure the region will continue to be in good hands.
Finally, I wish to thank my campaign manager, Alcon, who didn't do anything for me whatsoever, but was there to congratulate me when it was evident I had won.
