Bannon's looking for a primary opponent for Bob Corker, a relatively mainstream Republican in Tennessee?

I think Corker will probably stay (more than likely there will be opportunities to do good work), but retirement is possible. If I were him, I'd retire. Too little help from Dems in any given policy issue and too tiring to fight against a conservative firebrand primary. Why bother?

James Meckler, the strongest D running so far.. strongest endorsement is the producer of the O Brother, Where Art Thou? soundtrack. So Berke will probably run.

And it's possible Carr or something gives it a shot. But I'd be very surprised if Blackburn didn't win this seat (from what I've seen, not being a Tennessean myself)

People trusting private corporations with censorship and removal powers of internet speech leads to another incidence of questionable judgement, with rebukes from the right.

Wow. What a surprise. Nationalize Twitter.

The Republicans will want big government to step in pretty soon...

I'm for some 'big government'. Not a Republican or devoted to that cause. The constant tax cuts are a self-defeating cause.
