Likely R, closer to Safe R.

Hold the phone, Gov. Haslam is considering a run.

I think there are no run-offs in TN, so a crowded primary could yield some interesting results.

Go Haslam go!

If I lived in Tennessee, being that it's an open primary state, I would vote for Haslam in the primary just to prevent the potential further insanity of Congress.

Corker's approvals aren't even close to that low. His approval in the last poll I could find was 48/47. A lot of those disapprovers are Republicans who are angry about him not worshipping Trump.

Didn't Corker endorse Blackburn?

Yes, but when he's in the privacy of the voting booth, he's probably going to vote for Bredeson.

Would be a little spineless though. Why not admit you vote for Bredi? He has nothing to lose anymore.

Because Corker is spineless.

Perhaps reports of Bredesen's demise were premature.

There is a NYT article today that the White House is worried an they think this has slipped back to competitive in the past few days.

Not that it really matters, but Taylor Swift posted this on Instagram. Taylor > Kanye confirmed at the very least.

I'm not totally sure, but is this her and her mom on the picture ?
Yes

Nice.

Btw: Where does a Taylor Swift vote ? Did she vote early at some rural precinct or something ? Or by mail ?

Pretty sure here primary residence is in Nashville proper.

Yikes

Well, some random guy on Twitter said it, so it must be true.
