TNvolunteer, who would be the favorite to win this senate seat? Jaslam? Blackburn?

I highly doubt all republicans would defer to Blackburn. Likelyna bruising primary!

Marsha Blackburn is the kind of overhyped politician, she definitely can be beaten in the primaries.

I highly doubt Blackburn will be the only major senate candidate.

He could beat Blackburn in a wave; it'd be a very tough race, but not impossible.
So you really believe it is lean rep for now?

I mean, TN has become considerably more republican since he was first elected as Governor...

Corker’s donor network and base activating for Bredesen is baaaaaad news for Blackburn. It’ll be interesting to see if TN’s partisan lean can overcome it.
I mean, TN isn't an inelastic state but it is so republican. Blackburn will probably win by more than 5 points in the end

I think Blackburn will be in the lead, like Blackburn + 5. She probably quite consolidated after the primaries.

But seriously I'm surprised so many people think Bredesen is in the lead. Maybe I'm totally wrong, but TN Sen is lean rep according to me.
