Ties are awarded based on the overall # of preferences so I think Lumine would be the one eliminated here (rather than Kamala).

Lumine: 12 (38.7%)
Kamala: 10 (32.3%)
Siren: 9 (29.0%)

All votes aside from Blairite's are assumed to be valid.

Ties are broken in favor of the candidate with the most preferences overall. Siren beats Kamala by 3 (30-27), so Kamala is eliminated.
