I think Drury would also do well. He's been good on issues of criminal justice, despite his rebelling from his party on tax etc issues.

As for Drury, I don't expect he'll do well. Nothing changed from the governor's race.

I always find it horribly sad. In many cases, it only verifies that they are a career politician lacking real world skills.

Jerry Brown served as California AG after serving as governor (and then was elected governor again).
