Actually here's what I also found interesting about it:
-It's still 2:30 long, the same length as trailers today.
-It talks exactly as if you're already familiar with The Wizard of Oz, even though so few people today are even aware that it was based on a book...perhaps the most notable example of Adaptation Displacement.*
*Even fewer are aware that this wasn't even the first film adaption of it.
