Biden has a new website aimed at promoting economic ideas that benefit the middle class:

https://bidenforum.org

And he's commented yet again on 2020:

Will the McAuliffe Campaign consider eighth place in Iowa a victory?

A victory for him IMHO would be beating Chris Dodd's 2008 Iowa showing:

According to Iowa Starting Line, he's been in Iowa more this year than any other potential candidate, and that kinda makes me sad tbh

I'd consider supporting him. He's a pretty intriguing candidate. Would have to see how he performs in the big leagues though.

Here’s this week’s #2020Vision column:

http://www.cnn.com/2017/12/01/politics/2020-vision-bernie-sanders-luis-gutirrez-joe-biden/index.html

Lots of good stuff in there this week.  First, John Kerry is in Iowa today:

Next, Mitch Landrieu will be in South Carolina next weekend:

Joe Biden saying that he’s currently a “no” on 2020 (though that doesn’t rule out him deciding to run between now and 2019):

Finally, Chuck Schumer met with both Mark Cuban and Howard Schultz:

I think John Kerry was a reasonable SOS, but he shouldn't think about running. His time for that came and left.

Why not primary Trump at this point? You're a famous millionaire who millennials and adults are blind enough to vote for out of spite.

Him running for President is a non-starter.

With that said, him running for Governor of Florida would be absolutely killer.

I don't know, I think if he actually ran, he could do quite well. he's very, very likable and quite charismatic, as well as likely having moderate positions on most issues.

He IS very charismatic and very likable. No doubt about that. Ditto on the issues. But one of Trump's biggest problems is both his lack of experience and his total lack of competence - I think it would be better to nominate someone that exudes competence instead.

Of course, I thought that about Hillary too, so...

I still feel like businessman & generals are really the only outsider professions that can win, I am really skeptical any Hollywood celebrity could ever be elected just on their acting career alone. Being a businessperson at least gives the voter an impression that you've run something and can run the gov't or can manage the economy. And people have great respect for the military and see generals and such as disciplined etc. The Rock has no record to run on, he's never really run anything same for any actor .I guess their personality would be their biggest asset.
