I don't think Hitler was the type to flee...who would spend 25 years working every second on a vision, and then when that vision completely collapsed just go chill for the rest of your life? It made perfect sense for him to commit suicide.

Soviet troops found the bodies of Adolf and Eva Hitler, Josef and Magda Goebbels and their children, General Hans Krebs, and Hitler's dog Blondi, which they pretended to never find but moved about a few times and destroyed secretly. The myth of the survival of Hitler surviving the war was a creation of the Soviet secret police for political purposes -- to keep people scared about the survival of the Great Evil.

Hitler and Goebbels would have been among the easiest fugitives to detect. Unlike Adolf  Eichmann and Karl Mengele, who became #1 and #2 on the Zionist hit list, neither could have blended in any other community (Eichmann) or lived in seclusion (Mengele). Faces and voices of Hitler and Goebbels were too well known. Look at it this way: if the Israeli Mossad, arguably the worst enemy that one could have, wasn't looking for Hitler and Goebbels, then there was nothing to look for.

And while there are witnesses claiming to have seen Hitler’s suicide, there are also witnesses to the contrary, including a Luftwaffe pilot who claimed in court testimony that he flew the dictator to Denmark where he then supposedly went to Spain (friendly to the Nazis) and then Argentina (friendly to the Nazis).

No body or gravesite have ever been recovered.  No evidence of his death exists, at least not publicly.  There is as much evidence of his suicide in Berlin as there is of his escape.

*just to note, I do believe he killed himself in Berlin, I’m just saying, it IS possible. If he did manage to flee, I doubt he’d have lived long as he was not in the best of health at the time.
