Do we have a map of existing rail lines?

Would the Fremont government be the owner of these lines, and if so, how would the fare structure work? Would the future operation of the lines be funded by taxes or tickets?

I think it would be beneficial if the eastern end of the Central Line extended north into Sioux Falls->Fargo->Twin Cities.

This would basically be a transregional railroad. Also, I think it would benefit the energy industry:

Oil extracted from North Dakota can be easily transported along rail to major refineries in California, or even up to Washington by the Northern Pacific line. I don't think our current pipeline infrastructure is large enough to meet the industry's needs.

I'd like to see Fremont's mineral wealth remain within the region instead of depending on the South for refining North Dakota's oil.

Rapid City is closer to the oilfields of the western Dakotas, so for the purposes of aiding the energy industry, it's the better choice.

For passenger rail, Sioux Falls is better.
