This should be pretty straightforward; the PPT will have explicit authority to change the grammar or formatting of legislation strictly for purposes of presentation.

Ideally this would apply to House-originated legislation as well, although I'm not sure if the House would have to change their own rules for that.

Finally introduced the equivalent into the House.


This reminds me, we are going to really need the House and Senate rules put on the wiki somewhere because the linked pages in the Noticeboard are going to be incorrect as of this passing the Senate.
