I can see her making a run in 2020. I'm sure she still wants to shatter that glass ceiling. Doubt she will get much support. I don't see her making it past the primaries.  Even her own establishment now wants her to go away. I think she should retire and let some one else have the spotlight. She lost the most unpopular candidate in the history candidate. There is a small part of me that wants her to run again. If she loses it will be about her. If Harris,Warren,Gillibrand loses than we will be asking if we are ready for a female president.

She shouldn't, and probably won't. I think people count her out too much though, if she maintained her numbers with African Americans, and won the delegate rich south again, she'd get the nomination pretty easily.

She has accumulated too much political baggage to be a viable candidate again.

On the other hand, although she has indicated that she doesn't plan to run again, I still think it is plausible that she might throw her hat into the ring again c. 2019 if she feels the political conditions at that time are favorable toward her.

I like her a lot obviously, but absolutely not. She had her chances. Time for new blood. She is simply too polarizing. The only way I could see her running again is if the Russia/Trump thing turns out to be full on collusion and it becomes apparent that she was robbed. Even then I would only say she should if her favorability goes up to at least 50%

The Clinton's have political ambition second to none, so I wouldn't put it past her. I also wouldn't put losing again past her either.

She shouldn't, but I'll support her 'til the end... and God knows she deserves it. Hillary Clinton is only "entitled" because she actually is entitled.

If she does (she won't), she would not only lose the primaries I'd doubt she'd make to Iowa. She may be like O'Malley.

Romney flirted with running in 2016, but Jeb Bush scared him away (LMAO!). She may flirt with a run in early 2019 but will drop out due to pressure/backlash.

And let's also not forget John Kerry's flirtation with another presidential campaign in 2008, that ended after the controversy over his "botched joke":

No, better than Kamala Harris though. If Harris ran, It'd be cool if Hillary ran just to draw away some of her support lol. Won't happened though.

Too risky when the reward is just a president who will not be able to get anything done. We would still be hearing about her damn emails in 2024.

While I'd love for her to be president, it's probably better for everyone if she sat out 2020. Still, this comeback tour she's been on is probably helping her terrible favorability numbers and getting people to see Hillary > Trump.

There's no way. The Clintons called in every favor they ever owed to get through this last round and choked. If she entered the race this time, it'd be without all the advantages she had in the previous cycle, tangible and intangible (like coming off of a very successful term as Secretary of State).

No one is going to get out of the race for her, either. If this happens, she'd be one of the 15 or so Dems running, and probably not even an initial frontrunner.

She isn't the best politically,, but she's better then the centrists she gets lumped in with. At least in 2016 (where she was probably going the closest to her actual beliefs) she listened to left-wing activists (except the "lock shillary up" people, because obviously), she presented a genuinely left wing platform from the get-go(TPP was the only big sticking point, and it's ... debatable and messy). She didn't block prescription drug importation, she supported heavy action on climate change, she supported a large minimum wage increase (not 15 at first, but 15 might be enough to actually hurt some areas), she was genuinely progressive on social issues(which isn't add much of a given as people think, a lot of older dems oppose legalization of cannabis, for example), she had no "we're capitalists, that's just the way it is" moments IIRC. She's not a right winger, and the progressive movement hating her as much as people like Booker or Feinstein is rather revealing of their focus on group politics and purity bs rather then actual issues.
