What would've his presidency been like had he lived through his full term.

Not long before he died Zachary Taylor pledged to veto the Compromise of 1850, as it allowed popular sovereignty in new territories and Taylor ( a slave owner) was DEAD SET against any new expansion of slavery.

It's possible his veto would have been overridden, but doubtful. The Civil War would have broken out by 1851 or so. Radical secessionist John Calhoun died about the same time as Taylor, so it's possible that the secessionist movement would have simmered down. Taylor was a Southerner, thus the South may have also been more hesitant to secede rather than try to work with the administration. But it's just as plausible that they would have viewed Taylor as a traitor and put a bounty on his head.

The North still would have won, and I suspect a lot sooner than it did in the real Civil War. However, slavery would have seen a much more gradual phasing out. Lincoln probably never would have become president. The North's victory may also have bolstered the Whig Party to the point where it remained a major party to the present day.
