I was wondering what the map would look like if the U.S. had multi-member constituencies for its elections. So, I created a couple maps:

This is a general map of the continental U.S. (including DC) with 5 current districts in each new district. Note that the blue district on the California coast has 3 current districts as the number was uneven.

I left Hawaii and Alaska alone because I don't think it would make sense to have Hawaii, Alaska, and say San Francisco in a district together.

Edit: I realize I left Memphis out of the gerrymandered map.
