The highest I could find was Georgia in 1976, which swung 84 points towards the Democrats compared to 1972.

1972-1976 GA would be the answer on paper.

However, one could make the case that 1960-1964 MS was the biggest swing from one party to another. Harry Byrd and JFK were both Democrats. Therefore, 1960 MS could be considered a 50.6% D win if you combine Byrd's and JFK's votes. 1964 MS was a 74.3% R win. Using this math, MS swung 124.9 points Republican from 1960 to 1964.

Nixon got 9% of the vote in Mississippi in 1968.  Goldwater got 87% in Mississippi in 1964 and Nixon would get 79% of the Mississippi in 1972.
