What is an argument that you hear people of opposing ideologies which drives you mad? Could be something that is really misleading, or something that is personally offensive to you, could be anything really.

I am gonna say the argument that "Prominent Democrat from Decades ago X" wouldn't be a Democrat today because:

A) The Democrats today are basically Communists, and X wasn't a Communist, so X wouldn't be a Democrat today

or

B) X loved America, and the Democrats today hate America, therefore X wouldn't be a Democrat today. Take this actual comment left on a Youtube video of a Hubert Humphrey speech as an example:

or

C) X wasn't a Liberal (even if they very clearly were) so they wouldn't be a Democrat today.

That isn't to suggest of course, that all Democrats throughout history would be Democrats today, or that all Republicans throughout history would be Republicans today.

The utterly astounding implication that there's any effective profit motivation in healthcare, or that it's comparable to any other industry.

This is also an obnoxiously lazy copout.

- Appeal to anything Left of Center as Socialist/Communist. IE: "Bernie is a Communist", "(Insert Democrat) is a socialist"
- What the OP said
- Appeal to Ad Hominen Attacks or Personal attacks on the person. IE: "That Wimpy Beta Male"
- Appeal to Ignorance
- Asking "How are we going to pay for it" in terms of social programs when the answer is obvious in cuts to other areas
- Grouping anyone left of center as part of the same group. IE: "Leftists are SJWs, Have a Mental disorder"

Anything obvious, anti-intellectual, or that fails to properly take into account its logical end.

Pro Lifers really just want to oppress women and take away their rights.  The vast, vast majority of pro-lifers do not see it as a womans rights issue and to make that argument convinces nobody and is just insulting.  It's the same when Pro-Life people say "pro-abortion".

The most annoying arguments are those found on one's own side.

"You there, you live under capitalism and buy stuff so therefore you're a hypocrite to criticise capitalism."

"Politics of Envy" / "Why don't you just give all your money to charity, then?" dichotomy depending on whether the person who is being responded to is working class or middle class.

Intellectually dishonest statements that will plague a socialist.

"It's murder!"

"You're just mad because Hillary lost!"

"She only won the PV because of all the illegals!"

"The Democrats created the KKK!"

"Trump has done more for this country in 9 months than Obama did in 8 years!"

In addition to several already mentioned, it's always frustrating when someone answers the statement "we should do X" with "but we don't do X."

- The claim that certain things are "anti-science".
- Calling someone "entitled" while also demonzing those who reject that same entitlement.
- Claims that "undeveloped brains" make people absurdly dangerous or fragile.
- Claims that a "homogenous" society can operate in a way that a "heterogenous" society can't. Is this not an admission that one is a bigot?

Agreed. It'd be like if Hitler told a Jew, "Ah, but life is anti-semitic."

I suppose it's *makes emotional argument ending with the phrase "facts don't care about ur feeeeelings"*, AKA the "we are the only rational ones" position.

"All lives matter" is certainly up there for most disingenuous political statements of all time.  "Blue lives matter" is where I stop taking you seriously entirely.

Pretty good compilation, though I have a few things to add...
- When people use "muh ess jay dubyoos" to paint the entire left as unhinged
- "Muh Venezuela"
- "But that's CRONY capitalism"
- Anything along the lines of "you must hate freedom"
- Trying to bring the Founding Fathers in as a justification for fiscal conservatism (often goes with the previous argument)
- "Muh leftist media"
- When people use communism/USSR to argue against nationalization of healthcare and utilities
- "Nazis were economically left-wing"
- "physical removal from helicopters LOL" (best if paired with the previous argument)

That's a pretty good compilation. This and something with a "Byrd".
