I will be honest I think he wins all 50 mainly because of Berlin Wall and ussr crashing at the same time in the middle of the election.


I dont think so , the Democratic party was in far better shape in 1988 than in 1984(when they nominated the vp of a very unpopular president ), and there will be some party fatigue.  Also with Gore dems do much better in upper south and working class areas allowing them to reduce the GOP below 360 electoral votes(and against Bush its under 300)
