They look like the Zogby polls that were released a few weeks ago.

Zogby doesn't use registered voters, just all people, that tends to put them out of whack.

When, by whom, and for whom?

There are really bad results for President Trump. I would like to show these on a map. I am tempted to believe that Elizabeth Warren is as close to being "Generic D" as anyone.

With national polls showing President Trump at 40% approval or so and disapproval in the middle-to-high 50s, I can easily see him losing Florida and Ohio. Missouri?

It is far too early to determine what the electorate will be in 2020. I understand that the Millennial Generation is hostile to Donald Trump, and its proportional and absolute participation in elections typically will increase with age until the oldest reach retirement age. Other generations will become relatively less important in the electorate. At this point, "adults" may be as relevant as any measure. Some people who will be voting in 2020 have yet to reach their fifteenth birthdays (although I will no longer be able to say that in about a month).

Yeah, the MO and WV #s are exactly the same as the Zogby poll #s from August, so I assume this is just an attempt to re-post them:

Missouri and Florida are states that the Democrats ought not to give up on.  They don't plan to give up on Florida, but I think they shouldn't write off Missouri just yet.
