If the court case pans out in Dems favor and lines are redrawn would the new PA-18 district be more or less R?

Stephen Wolf's non-partisan map makes 18th a Republican vote sink that is completely out of reach for Ds. As he said to me, the new 18th makes the current one look like a swing district.


I suppose he would run in the 12th district then?
