Somehow, the only 3 choices in 2020 are President Donald Trump, former GOP nominee Mitt Romney, and former GOP nominee John McCain (after a miraculous recovery, healthier than ever due to new medical breakthrough).

No Democrats, third parties, independents, or protest candidates (somehow).

No write-in's.

And you have to vote.

Romney, because he won't screw us up, and he's likely to be alive in four to eight years.

Well like I said in my post, pretend health wasn't a concern. There was a huge medical breakthrough.

McCain. Regardless of all my beef with him, he's got some bones, while Romney has no principles.

Right, because breaking your promises to the people who voted for you (as McCain did with Obamacare) is the definition of principled.

Mitt Romney.

I do quite like McCain, but I question his judgment sometimes - seems a bit erratic - and he's a huge warmonger. Romney scores points for Romneycare and I think he would be decent enough - easily the best GOP president since Bush Senior - the bar is incredibly low though.

Ranking the last five GOP nominees:

1. Romney
2. McCain
3. Dole
4. Bush Junior
5. Trump

Unless that changes the fact the average life expectancy for males is about 80...which McCain is already older than...and that Trump doesn't take care of himself at all...a huge medical breakthrough is moot.

Trump's health is fine. He was doing like 5 campaign stops a day while Hillary was napping or being thrown into a van like a side of beef because she "overheated" in 72 degree weather lol!

Lol in 2012 Romney was a man who was going to put black people ("ya'll") back into slavery, a man who LITERALLY declared World War III on women, murdered his employees via his cancer gun, and harvested on the souls of poor people.

Now he's "decent enough."

Just lmao!

Willard, easily.

I like John McCain personally, deeply respect his service and probably align closer on some other issues, but his hawkishness and general distain for civil liberties is concerning and to me, disqualifying.

I also think that 2008 primary Romney is closer to true Romney and, freed from the constraints of the primary process that this scenario would likely entail, Willard seems likely to govern as that Willard and not the 2012 version.

Yep well had liberals not totally demonized anyone that had  different point a view or different interests than them they wouldn't have gotten Donald J. Trump as president
