If it turns into an enthusiasm/turnout race, Hogan is cooked.

Baker hails from the most vote-rich primary area in the Democratic primary. Will be interesting to see if that helps propel him. I'm intrigued by Jealous but he doesn't seem to be getting much traction

Honestly, I think Alec Ross/Nick Mosby, Delman Coates, or Glenn Ivey would be strong tickets.
