Good.  They shouldn't reward the GOP for doing nothing.

Maybe this'll force McConnell and Ryan to do something.

Man, how old is that guy?  84 or something?  When will he finally kick the bucket already?

They're getting squeezed from both the top and the bottom, definitely not a good position for the majority party. Of course if they actually do implement what the donors want, they will suffer vicious backlash for it at the midterms. There aren't many good options for them here.

Full public financing of elections would fix this problem, Republicans.

Just sayin'.

...you can have dinner with the Senate Majority Leader and yell at him for only $2,000?

I think it's important to differentiate between just doing something and doing something good.

That's what I'm referring to: tax reform and a truly acceptable replacement to Obamacare.

Increasing the deficit with wasteful spending in the form of tax cuts for the wealthiest 3% Americans are not "tax reform" (I assume this is what you're referring to because that's all congressional Republicans have shown any interest in regarding taxes and that's if you're being generous to them).  I'm also not sure what would lead one to believe that the Republicans are interested in doing anything with healthcare except going back to the way things were before Obamacare (which by the way had been the Republican healthcare plan for quite a while which is why you guys have had such a hard time coming up with a conservative alternative: Obamacare was the conservative healthcare plan, you guys just did a 180 on it because "Obama is teh evulz").
